Company Visit - Golden Goose

The Sfc Cattolica team had the pleasure of participating in a company visit at Golden Goose's Milan HQ for the event linked to the "Dreamers of Tomorrow" format. A unique opportunity to discover firsthand how an iconic brand manages to combine creativity, craftsmanship, and a solid international business strategy. The visit kicked off with a tour of the headquarters led by Claudia Catalano, who guided us through the discovery of the brand's "Golden History & Values". During the meeting, we delved into the company's Forward Agenda and the 4 core pillars of its sustainability strategy: We Innovate, We Craft, We Care, and We Share. While exploring the premises, we had the opportunity to see the CEO's office up close and walk through the incredible spaces of the headquarters, including the impressive hydroponic garden and the company restaurant. Exclusive facilities and benefits that demonstrate how the brand's values are tangibly reflected in the daily well-being and the work environment provided. The third session was dedicated to a "Deep Dive" into the Retail world, analyzing the operational and business dynamics that govern the brand's global network. We explored the interconnections between the HQ teams and field staff, taking a closer look at how various roles within the network function and examining concrete career opportunities, from central office management to the crucial role of Store Manager. The day concluded with a Q&A session, where participants could interact directly to discuss their curiosities, the skills required, and future prospects within such a dynamic international company.
