We had the pleasure of hosting @luca.carabetta, Country Manager of Trade Republic Italy, for a meeting dedicated to one of the most dynamic and growing fintech companies in Europe. During the talk, we explored: the corporate structure of a young, cutting-edge environment like TradeRepublic; the evolution of fintech companies in recent years and the new challenges of digitalization; strategies for navigating periods of instability, alongside models to attract and retain new investors. The evening concluded with a highly engaging Q&A session focused on the international work environment and long-term strategic planning within the industry.
